Interplanetary Shock (or CME Arrival)
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Location: Earth
Event Time: 2025-02-07T06:24Z ( ACE: MAG )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
ACE: MAG
ACE: SWEPAM
DSCOVR: PLASMAG
Activity ID: 2025-02-07T06:24:00-IPS-001 (version 1)
Quality of ICME Signature: -1 (unspecified)
Note: Flux rope signature seen beginning at 2025-02-07T06:24Z. Characterized by an initial jump in magnetic field parameters (B_t: 5.24nT to 7.42nT , B_x: 2.11nT to -6.05nT , B_y: 5.27nT to 0.87nT , B_z: -0.97nT to 3.10nT) followed by a smooth separation of parameters ending at approx. 2025-02-07T12:48Z. There is minimal response in solar wind speed, density and temperature as well as any notable shock feature due to the passage of a CH HSS overlapping with this signature.
